Sleepin' with the Fishes

You never know what you'll find on

a two-hour pleasure cruise...

Conventioneers on an excursion boat found a body, shackled and in chains, floating in Hillsborough Bay south of Davis Islands on Tuesday night.

"The thing I'm thankful for is that that man's family will have some closure," [Anna Favors said.]
