Greed

A 65 year-old woman hit a 13 million dollar jackpot on the nickel slots in Atlantic City. Good for her, but this is revolting:

Mrs Crawford, a widow, had received four proposals of marriage while celebrating her win with family and casino patrons.

Every time I start to rekindle a little faith in humanity, I read something like that, and it all goes out the window.
