Try Prison Food

Some stupid bitch in Louisiana called the police after being served cold food:

Sharita Williams, 30, of Houma, Louisiana, told police the food was cold when she received it and the waiter refused to replace it.

So she dialed 911 from the Malt-N-Burger restaurant in Thibodaux...

She's from Houma. That pretty well explains it.
