Never claim to have seen the stupidest person. There’s always somebody worse just waiting to surprise you. If you keep halving a persons IQ it will never actually reach zero. I do wonder which side of the decimal point her IQ falls. I would guess it’s the left since she apparently can drive a vehicle. Find the minimum IQ required for that task and it’s probably close.
