Top 100

The top 100 television show theme songs of all time, (in the opinion of RetroCrush, that is). Interesting bits of history are included for each song, and the majority of them have a link where you can listen to the music-- which is great if you're like me, and enjoy few things in life as much as wallowing shamelessly in childhood nostalgia.

Surprisingly, I actually agree with their choice for #1, but I have some minor quibbles with the rest of the list. First, the themes for Hill Street Blues and The Mary Tyler Moore Show should be much, much higher up on the list. Also, the theme for The Bob Newhart Show is conspicuous in its absence.

Damn it Jim, I’m a doctor not a composer! It’s a conspiracy we took 6th and to be behind the Brady Bunch? Someone needs to report to sickbay for a psychological evaluation.
