Thursday Tunes

I don't normally do popular music on Thursday Tunes, but I ran across this live performance of my favorite SRV piece, "Riviera Paradise," and I simply couldn't resist.

This guitar (Lenny) has been on display at the Austin Guitar Center on Anderson Ln for the last few years. It’s pretty cool to see up close, it’s so beat up it looks like it would turn to dust if you picked it up. It’s worth stopping by and enduring the horrible guitar playing from the “shredish-maxamist” that inhabit all Guitar Centers.
