Get outta here!

You may recall that last year some creative eco-nazis manipulated a bunch of children into filing a lawsuit against the government in an attempt to force it into action on "climate change." Well, their case was just thrown out. By the 9th Circuit Court.

That's right, the Ninth Circus, big tent for all things legally asinine, told them to get lost.
