Horror

I first encountered this vile practice while stationed in Hawaii in the 1980s. I had ordered a pepperoni pizza from Domino's. When it showed up, it had pineapple on it. I told them take it back, as I did not ask for pineapple topping, (obviously, since only a total fucking retard would put fruit on a pepperoni pizza). They replied that it was "standard practice" to put pineapple on all their pizzas. I replied that it was "standard practice" for Marines to kill people who piss them off. They took it back.
