The Deuce You Say!

D.C. housed the homeless in upscale apartments. It hasn’t gone as planned.

They scooped up a bunch of ghetto ferals and street bums then stuck them in a high-rent apartment building -- for "free." It didn't take long before they were shitting in the stairwells, beating their girlfriends and smoking pot in the lobby. Police calls to the building quadrupled in a matter of weeks. And the proponents of this idiotic plan are shocked -- SHOCKED, I tell you.

Only a fucking liberal is stupid enough to believe that changing someone's locale changes the person.
