LOCUST

LOCUST (Low-Cost UAV Swarm Technology) is a system developed by the Office of Naval Research that can rapidly launch a number of drones which then move and attack in formation. Think of it as a semi-intelligent swarm of self-guided missiles. They could fly to their target from miles away, then split up to attack from many different directions simultaneously.
