This program will have another beneficial effect: it will chase all of the professional welfare recipients out of the states where it's implemented and into places like New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, and other bastions of leftist imbecility, which will accelerate the economic collapse of those states' already anemic economies, thus further concentrating economic power into red states.
