SCOTUS to lower courts: Stop it.
The article is rather densely written. In plain English, the Supreme Court told the lower courts that they have no authority to block an Executive Order. Laws passed by Congress are subject to judicial review, (even though they shouldn't be from an originalist perspective, but don't get me started on that), while direct orders issued by the Executive are beyond the purview of the courts. It's a long-needed slapdown of the black-robed social activists who have infested our federal court system.
