Hell, I'd buy him a case of his favorite... :) actually looked more like a gas grenade than a rubber bullet. Would have been even better with a second round to the facemask....

Actually, it looks like a shot from a SAGE. The sage is a "gatlin" style canister gun. It can shoot up to 5 rounds without reloading. You can fire various types of rounds, from gas, to the exploding rubber balls, to a hard rubber round about the size of the grenade launcher round. You are taught to aim just above the belt line so as to "knock the wind out of them" and incapacitate a subject. Sometimes it goes higher, sometimes lower. Either way, you will think twice before kicking a gas canister deployed by Police if you are hit by one.

P.S. That was funny as hell.
