Complaints of syringes and feces rise dramatically in SF

Who knew that buying in to the false narrative of the noble homeless would have repercussions? Who knew that allowing a prevalent drug culture could have deleterious effects? Well, I did, but hey, some people gotta learn the hard way. Good luck to you San Fran.
