Lost in Space

You already know that I don't like the Russkies. I'm kinda pathological about it, in fact. But before we get to sneering at their incompetence, it's worth remembering that our own band of trained monkeys called NASA missed an entire planet and sent a probe soaring off into the universe because they confused the metric system with the imperial system. I'm assuming the monkeys are trained, of course; mounting evidence suggests that may not be the case.
