Death of Minimum Wage

Necessity is the mother of invention

'World's first' robot kitchen cooks for visitors at CES Asia in Shanghai

So, what can this robot kitchen do?

Chef Tim Anderson, a former winner of the BBC's Masterchef competition, acted as a recipe consultant, developing the crab bisque dish that was served to visitors at CES Asia. “I chose crab bisque as a dish because it’s a real challenge for human chef to make well, never mind a machine," Anderson said. "If it can cook a bisque, it can do stir-fries and we’re looking forward to teaching it many more recipes in the months to come.”

So, if it can make a complicated dish like crab bisque, how do you think it will do with burgers and fries, or tacos, or Pizza?

Automated ordering Kiosks, robot kitchens, drone deliveries, sounds like to me jobs filled by minimum wage earners will soon be going to robots. So keep pushing for a $15 an hour minimum wage. All you will do is hasten these large companies to automate and then the only job to be had in fast food will be repair man, and that is skilled labor, not exactly a job you give to a teenager, or an uneducated adult, or someone who has a criminal past. Congratualtions on destroying the lower class job.

Yup. Amazing how children and leftoids can never see further into the future than their next claim of victimhood. Guess that's why they make terrible chess players.

Unfortunately, the former burger flippers will all end up on the federal dole. Those of us who realized early on that a minimum wage service job is not a career will be paying them to sit on their useless asses and smoke crack. And the Donks will get more voters.

You can see how this ends, of course...

Secede Now. Beat the Rush.
