The last thing Dems want is for an issue to be settled decisively. They WANT division - their political strategy hinges on pitting one group against another. Class, race and gender envy are their core tactics. Taking an issue like gay marriage off the table takes away that groups reason to vote for their Democratic "champions." That's why NOTHING was done about it while the Dems had a filibuster-proof super-majority.
Banduar is right, they are still operating as Fabian Socialists, which by their pseudo charter uses deception to achieve their goals over the long term. They can't afford to do something so overt that it sets them back 20 years. However, the people that set that track have been dead for 50 years or more, and there may be a group now that is less patient. I am convinced that they are stirring the race pot right now to try and get blacks to vote that don't usually vote and try to keep some they might lose from the black middle class that tend to be Christian. They might even be trying to start a race war that would allow them to declare marshal law, which could facilitate a delay in an election or some other trumped up maneuver. Unfortunately, black people will get slaughtered since they are in the minority and likely less well armed. This is no longer about dem versus rep, but is globalist elite against individual nations. I expect all this is scheduled to coincide with an economic blood bath, which is something they can trigger any day they wish at this point.
