Must be a Texas VFD. Or, at the very least, not my VFD. (This I can say with certainty since we have no railroads in my district.) As one can see, the level of intelligence in public service officials remains low even at the volunteer level.
Our local volunteers aspire to one day attain the intelligence level of public servants. Having observed them in action, I don't see it happening. It's good to have goals, though, even if they're unreachable.
