I was a bit surprised this didn't get posted on AC (my blogger account is all kinds of fucked up)...
A group of global warming "researchers" got stuck in the ice near Antarctica trying to prove that the sea ice is disappearing. The disappearing ice is so thick (in summer, no less) that 2 ICEBREAKERS also got stuck trying to rescue them.

Meanwhile the U.S is experiencing some of the coldest weather in decades. Of course, all of the the extremely cold weather was immediately blamed on... wait for it... Global Warming. (Ok, so you probably didn't have to wait for it.)

In other news, in just 2 days, more Illinois residents applied for concealed carry permits than enrolled in Obamacare in 2 months. Damn all that Republican fear-mongering!

When Left / EnviroNuts believes they have scientific evidence on their side, they spew hate about "evil science deniers" on the other side. But the moment a scientific consensus attacks some cherished green myth, they spew hate against scientists as corporate shills. There's no intellectual honesty or consistency, the only constant is anger and contempt for those who challenge the tenets and dogma of their EnviroNut Faith.
And the hits just keep on coming! It seems that Time Magazine blamed the last "polar vortex" on Global Cooling, the trendy enviro-pocalypse threory at that time:
