Friday Wednesday Xmas Timewaster

Since I'm burning up a few more vacation days this week in order to prevent their theft by corporate, we'll do the time waster early...

Remember the old 3D Space Cadet pinball game that came installed on Windows 95, NT, 2000, and XP? It was arguably the best PC pinball game ever made; I know I burnt many an hour playing it. Ever wonder why it was removed from Vista and Win7? Here's why.

Fear not, however: we have you covered. Just go here and follow the directions to get it back. It will even install under the Windows/Games directory, where it belongs! (It's clean; I've checked and installed. No boogiemen lurking in the executable to screw up your computer and make your I.T. people pull their hair out -- more's the pity. I rather enjoy the schadenfreude of watching them scream at my computer. But I digress.)
