That '70s Bike
When I was a kid, shortly after my maternal grandfather built my first minibike, the Honda CB series were the motorcycles. The CB750K and CBX1000 are legends. Alas, they are very hard to find these days and thus are collectors items.
No, that's not a perfectly preserved collector bike you see above. That's the new 2013 Honda CB1100. Just look at that gorgeous, sexy beast. If you grew up in the 70s and that doesn't make your heart beat faster, there's something wrong with you.
I, of course, have already started my campaign with the wife. Because that thing is lust on wheels. It's been many years since I've looked at a material object and really, really wanted it. Part of aging, I suppose; material things become less important to us as we get older. But this? Must. Have.

sweet. I've always regretted letting my 750 go away back in the mid 70's.
There is something wrong with me. However, I do like the color. Pricey compared to metric bikes, I like the looks of the Harley Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight and Seventy-Two series bikes.
Well, to be fair we already knew there was something wrong with you, curmudgeon. Hell, I've known that for near 25 years now... it's why I like you. =)
There is usually a pretty sharp divide between American bike and Jap bike riders. I've no use for American bikes, especially Harleys, but I've got friends who will ride nothing but. I've known a few people over the years with Jap and American in the garage at the same time, but they're mostly motorcycle enthusiasts -- which is a nice way of saying they spend an overly large portion of their income buying motorcycles.
The points we can probably both agree on are that Italian bikes are shit and British bikes are way overrated.
