This is the 150th Pennsylvania encamped in Virginia shortly before the Battle of Chancellorsville, (there's a higher-resolution version at the link):
That scene will look eerily familiar if you've seen the excellent movie Gods and Generals. And if you haven't seen the movie, go watch it immediately; Stephen Lang's portrayal of Stonewall Jackson is exemplary.
