Good ol' Govment health care at work

An independent inquiry found that managers at Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust stopped providing safe care because they were preoccupied with government targets and cutting costs.

Is there fraud, waste and abuse in our current system? Yea probably, the difference is that a private company can be sued, or the guy thrown in jail, or they go out of business. It takes an act of Congress to get rid of a bad government employee( it is a minimum six month to a year process and most of the time they are just transferred) and you can't sue Uncle sam without his permission, and they sure as hell are not going out of business. So take your pick, a bad apple you can throw out, or a bad apple that sits in the barrel for six months while a hearing will be convened to determine if it should be moved to a different barrel?
