Darwin loves...

...gravity.

Police say a 22-year-old man was seated outside a safety fence on a cliff at Point Cartwright when he slipped and fell more than 20 metres to his death.

Two of his friends also fell off the cliff when they went to his rescue and were flown to Brisbane hospitals with critical injuries.

One of them, aged 20, died in the Royal Brisbane Hospital about 7.00am.

A 23-year-old is still in a critical condition.

Got to love it. They've taken GPS readings to make a site map to show where the dumbasses ignored the "safety fence" and fell off the cliff. At least the authorities were polite enough not t call them dumbasses. LOL
