YOU are being watched
This article warns police about the new radicals on the right.
That's right, if you think the federal government is overstepping its constitutional authority, you are a "right wing radical" and are being watched by DHS. If you post or read this blog, don't be surprised if you are on the list. Awesome!
Seriously though, there has been a movement afoot by the MSM, to tie the new resurgence of conservatives to white supremacy and radical militia groups. Apparently this thinking has spilled over to DHS. Are there kook groups out there that meet the "radical" tag? Yes, on both sides of the aisle, but today's Tea party marches are about the federal government spending money like a drunken sailor in an outright attempt by the left to buy votes using tax payer dollars, and paying back campaign supporters. What scares the liberals is that conservatives have watched them use these tactics (omnibus bills stuffed with pork, shouting down dissent by calling it names, and browbeating the public through the ever willing MSM) to get their way and now the right is vocalizing and saying they are tired of it and are not going to take it anymore.
The Department of Homeland Security is warning law enforcement officials about a rise in "rightwing extremist activity," saying the economic recession, the election of America's first black president and the return of a few disgruntled war veterans could swell the ranks of white-power militias.
A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority. "It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration," the warning says.

Tenth Amendment:
"Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled."
When exactly did following the written constitution become “Extremist” or “Radical”?
I couldn’t help noticing CNN.com’s article on this subject with pictures of Nazi skinheads carry swastika flags
