Popcorn please

No liberals are crying over the incursion in Phoenix, Arizona from the land down under…no not Australia but Mexico.

Mexican soldiers clad in full body armor and armed with AR-15 assault rifles invaded a private home, firing an estimated 100 rounds and killing its occupant. But this didn't happen in Juarez, where a bloody power struggle between competing drug cartels has now spread to busy downtown streets. It happened in Phoenix.

Just when and the hell are the DC idiots going to start taken the security of our border seriously. If I remember correctly that is one of the two jobs for the federal government. Well, once a dirty bomb has made its way upon US soil and detonated, just watch the entire finger pointing dog and pony show.


Anyone have a year supply of popcorn for sale?

The politicians sold us out years ago. They could care less about border enforcement. Borders are bad for business, and that's bad for lobbyists, which is bad for the politicians' bank accounts.

George III did much the same: taxed the colonies outrageously and ignored their repeated requests for security and fair hearing of their grievances, all while he stuffed his pockets with colonial profits. That didn't work out so well for him. The current crop of thieves, liars and con-men on Capitol Hill would do well to remember that lesson -- before they are forced to re-learn it the hard way.
