The battle is joined

The supreme court heard the case on the second Amendment today

WASHINGTON — The nine justices of the highest court in the land will meet Tuesday to hear arguments on who the Founding Fathers intended when they called for the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms: a well regulated militia or all individuals.

This is a long article but worth the read. As I said on an earlier post this case will tell how this court will interpret law. Personally, I believe if they can find abortion in the constitution, they should be able to find gun ownership.(Not going to discuss abortion here right now, it was just an example). Hopefully they will see the right to keep and bear arms plainly written, but who knows.
