Stuper Tuesday Redux

Yesterday we had the early-birdbrains in Wisconsin showing up two weeks early to cast their vote in the primaries. Today it's Florida offering up a variant on severe retardation:

In Florida, election officials across the state fielded hundreds of phone calls from confused voters asking where they could vote Tuesday, apparently unaware that Florida's presidential primary was last week.

How 'bout we just have a nationwide lottery for President? We'd have a better chance of getting someone qualified for the job than what we'll get with these mental midgets casting votes.
