A day after Pleasantville Board of Education President James Pressley urged graduating seniors to learn from his mistakes, he apparently made some new ones.

Pressley, 22, was arrested Tuesday morning in Atlantic City, after John Bunch told police Pressley threatened him with a gun in the Back Maryland section of the city.

It was Pressley's second arrest in four days.

Early Saturday morning, he totaled his sport utility vehicle when he struck a car stopped at the light at New Road and the Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.

On Friday, Page filed an assault charge against Pressley, alleging the board president slapped him during the executive session of last week's meeting. Page later said Pressley was ranting during the session, and when he noticed Page ignoring him, he walked around the table and slapped Page's hand, breaking his watch and causing a plate of food to fall on him.

I wouldn't trust a 22-year old to be President of the local Jack Shit Club. I'm baffled as to why the denizens of Pleasantville would elect him as President of the Board of Education. That's like making Britney Spears the Mother Superior of Our Lady of the Chaste Undergarmets Girl's School.
