Pucked Up

If a Frenchman can't screw it up, never fear: the wannabe Frenchies in Quebec can take up the slack. And then some, apparently.

How far down the social ladder do you have to go before being French seems like a step up? About as far as you have to go before you stoop to harassing eight-year old boys, I'd say...
