Pimples in Pink

Anti-crime lighting?

Pink lighting may be introduced in towns in Lancashire in a bid to stop teenagers committing crime.

How about red and blue lights, with cops underneath them? But I forget myself: the police in England can only arrest innocent, law-abiding citizens. Harassing criminals is strictly verboten.
