100 Days of Buffoons

James Lileks takes an amusing jab at what might happen in the first hundred days after the upcoming election in the event that the Democratic Party were to regain control of Congress. Or what passes for the Democratic Party in modern America, at any rate. A little excerpt:

Day 4: Peace Corps sent en masse to Middle East to apologize personally to everyone and hand out gas-soaked flags and matchbooks. Burn one on us! Don't you love us now?

Day 5: Peace Corps Hostage Negotiation Unit commissioned.
