Buh-Bye

This improved my day considerably: Ann Richards is dead.

There is only a limited amount of damage a Texas governor can cause--the position is designed that way. But Richards managed to max it out, while simultaneously redefining how utterly incompetent and corrupt a single politician can become.

I'd say rest in peace, but it wouldn't be an honest sentiment.

Definitely doesn't break my heart. All the news shows are calling her the "Feisty" ex-governor. I guess "Feisty" is the synonym for stupid obnoxious loudmouth.
