Ninja!

Fearing they were being out-dipsticked by the DEA (q.v.), brave and wily agents of the ATF captured a "ninja." On a college campus. Who was coming from a "ninja vs. pirates event."

I'm pretty sure I don't want any more information.

The ATF-types seem to be even less bright than DEA-types, (although, in their defense, they didn't shoot themselves--or anyone else--in the foot.) It would appear that only the Secret Service, whose agents volunteer to take bullets for politicians, are below them on the mental abilities scale.

(There. I'm almost certain that paragraph has enough keywords to trip a flag in a spook filter somewhere. Hullloooo, Mr. FBI person! Nothing to see here. FBI-types are smart. Very smart.)
