Ichthys Casualties per Joule (ICJ)

Just pointing out what the enviro-nuts will say to this promising new technology. Nothing short of human extinction will make them happy. I say we start with them and work our way up. Of course, we'll stop after they're all dead, but where's the harm? They'll be happy, we'll be happy... It's a win-win scenario!

I live in Oregon and I say “What a bunch of half baked idiots that appear to be involved with industrial espionage!” England has been all over this technology for quite a few years. Hell there was even a snippet on the boob tube over five years again on this technology.
